VideoExchange was built for efficiency: a single operator can manage the entire CDN. The Self Support Center lets customers manage their own assets and accounts. 

Design

Deployment

Since VideoExchange runs on generic hardware, you do not need a large staff of specialists to deploy a CDN. Our engineers and system integrators help you rollout the CDN turn-key.


Operation

A single, regular IT staff member can manage your CDN. The web interface is so intuitive that you can learn the basics in a few hours. Of course we provide training, documentation and 3rd line support.

 

VideoExchange turns the media delivery servers into a cloud with automatic failover, asset replication and bursting. Therefore the internal service level for the majority of the resources can be kept very low: next business day, or even next week. Your operators can entirely focus on keeping the CDN management layer running, optimizing the geo load balancing and provisioning the customers.


Customer support

Customers have a secure, easy to use self service center. Their web dashboard offers the same professional design and intuitive interface. Managing and publishing assets and live streams is so easy and logical that the number of support calls can be kept to a minimum. Our documentation helps you provide FAQ's and a walkthrough so your customers can help themselves.

Built for e-commerce

VideoExchange was designed to run with a bare minimum of staff members. All important features are automated. Manual control is intuitive and instantly effective. We have great experience with using VideoExchange in an e-commerce setting where customers configure their own accounts online, order and pay. Check payment, active the account. Collect usage details at the end of the month and send the bill.
